3. You will then be contacted to confirm your order.
4. Once your order specifications are settled, an invoice will be emailed and your order will only be sent out when your payment is processed. Payment options are listed below and full details will be provided on your invoice.
5. You should receive your order within 14 days of your order being confirmed. If there's any delay due to high demand, you'll be notified before the order is accepted. For international orders, this may take up to 4 weeks depending on destination and again this will be confirmed before your order is accepted.

4. You should receive your order within 7 days of your order being processed, unless otherwise advised. For international orders, delivery may take up to 4 weeks or more depending on destination. All delivery times will be confirmed before your order is accepted.
To order Special Commissions:

2. You'll be contacted as soon as possible to work out the details and a quote will be provided. In certain cases, a sketch will be provided before the commencement of the order.
